• The original puzzle image was changed once, fixed for a likely error. Changes made are recorded in this image (arrows indicate the 5 moved nodes)

• The top of the image was soon updated with a box containing four four angle shapes. These spelled out "SEMA" using flag semaphore.

Solution (spoilers)

• Connecting dot pairs (so called by color and number) to the center pentagon for each color spell out letters via flag semaphore.
