FEATURED STORY

The HEIGHTENED SENSORY MISPERCEPTION
by Professor Gerald Traelek

When a phenomenon goes unexplained for centuries, it falls between the cracks of scientific theory - that's when fallacies abound. The earth was considered flat for millennia, the medical elite once touted leeches as the end-all cure-all, and astronomy was tantamount to witchcraft throughout the Dark Ages.
Such is the current status of HSP.

Heightened Sensory Perception isn't something to be feared or shun; it's a designation to which all sentient beings should aspire. Some historians thought Mozart might have fit this category because his music evoked such visceral responses - more than any previous musician had. The next Mozart might be among us right now, but without the proper guidance, his or her gifts will wither and fade into mediocrity.

The senses bring us joy, solace and love, but they could bring us so much more. Imagine gazing upon a sunset that's ten times richer than you've ever seen, or feeling a texture a thousand times more luxurious than silk. These are the qualities of life enjoyed by individuals with HSP and they are all within your reach, longing to be achieved.

Every stimulus sends shockwaves through the nervous system, and those shockwaves ripple through our civilization in countless ways. These are the invisible threads that bind us, but the threads are wearing thin.
We are at the breaking point.

HSP can help us mend our fractured mass consciousness before it shatters altogether. Our collective sensory connections have been dulled by years of neglect - we must reclaim our shared humanity; only then can we harness our innate abilities, sharpen our perspectives and strive for true excellence as a society.

The science of perception must be advanced. The benefits would be legend... the consequences of apathy would be unspeakable.
