Test Subject Badges

August 1st brought reports of packages arriving in mailboxes containing the badges created with the initial profile creation on Testsubjectsneeded.com.
Badges are similar to Survivalcode.com profiles, but include a small segment of a new QR code, with symbols at the bottom; most likely a positioning code to help re-create the original QR.

Symbols located below the QR segment so far appear to spell "ALPHA" and "BRAVO", followed by one more circled symbol. This may potentially indicate a row and column position. Reported pieces are listed below (with symbols and best description of last symbol):
