Coda

Before Facility 3

As of August 13, the profile page on Survivalcode.com contained a 1/9th of a QR code. The image URL was http://www.survivalcode.com/images/Profile/qrs/qr9.jpg. The other eight parts of the code were found by entering different numbers in the place of the number 9.

The source code of the page showed the order in which the parts are to be assembled.

<div id="qr">
<div id="qrpeice3" class="qrpiece"></div>
<div id="qrpeice6" class="qrpiece"></div>
<div id="qrpeice2" class="qrpiece"></div><br>
<div id="qrpeice7" class="qrpiece"></div>
<div id="qrpeice9" class="qrpiece"><img src="/images/Profile/qrs/qr9.jpg"></div>
<div id="qrpeice4" class="qrpiece"></div><br>
<div id="qrpeice1" class="qrpiece"></div>
<div id="qrpeice5" class="qrpiece"></div>
<div id="qrpeice8" class="qrpiece"></div>
</div>

Arranging the pieces in the shown order resulted in the full QR which decodes to this:

Congratulations, your perseverance has served you well...There is one more piece of the puzzle: survivalcode.com/_coda

The page currently has nothing on it except the word "coda". It is currently unknown whether this page is a "red herring" or we're not intended to find it yet and it is going to be filled with content later on.

After Facility 3

When Facility 3 opened on September 6, the completing of the puzzle on Floor 5 resulted in 2 more QR code pieces that appeared on the profile page afterwards. The pieces now had URLs with lots of jumbled letters and numbers, making it impossible to find the missing ones. The above source code with the order of the pieces also changed. Comparing the QR pieces on the profile page with saved copies of the earlier ones made it clear that the QR itself has also changed so it will probably lead to another page.
